The Diocese of Madison is asking all parishioners to take an online survey called the Disciple Maker Index as part of Bishop Donald J. Hying’s “Go Make Disciples” program. Watch Bishop Hying’s brief video introduction below.

The 10- to 15-minute survey “creates a benchmark of data for us that we can hopefully redo the survey in a few years and in some way measure concretely and specifically the progress and the fruitfulness of our evangelizing efforts,” Bishop Hying said.
