Vincent Anthony was the crown bearer and Rosie Schell had the honor of placing the garland of flowers upon the head of the statue of the Blessed Virgin during the May 5 Crowning ceremony at St. Mary of Pine Bluff Catholic Church. Recent First Communicants wore their First Communion outfits. The children brought flowers to present to the Blessed Mother. All of the assembled prayed the Litany to Our Lady and sang “Immaculate Mary.”
